How much sleep is needed
Just how much sleep do we need? This is question that has plagued people for years, in fact probably centuries, there are those who feel that some people sleep too long and then there are those who may not sleep enough, it is a real problem though.
The simple fact is that most people probably sleep for longer than they really need, hence the difference of opinions between sleepers and non sleepers.
Over the last forty years, this subject has been studied intensely but there is still no actual figure that determines what the optimal amount of sleep is, the general opinion is that around seven hours is enough.
However, circumstances also play a part in this, such as health and type of sleep, maybe we will never know what the right amount of sleep is.
