Health fears for Wii users

There are growing fears from medical professionals over the use of the Nintendo Wii, as it is believed that the actions that users carry out when playing the sports games on the Wii are responsible for some serious injuries.

The problem is that these games are being marketed as being healthy and a great way to get fit, yet in reality people who have not done any sports for a long time are find themselves getting injured with sprains and even fractures.

With the Wii looking like being the best selling product this Christmas the accident and emergency departments of the hospitals will be bracing themselves for the walking wounded over Christmas whose only excuse for injury is going to playing on my Wii.
