Young people’s health worse than ever

Despite the change in diet and lifestyle, it seems that young adults aged between eighteen and twenty nine are not any healthier today than they were up to fifteen years ago.

This goes to show that no matter what information is out there, it is not making an impact on this target group. In fact, in many cases the state of health in this age group is a lot worse than in previous years.

The reason for this are given as being access to fast food, lack of exercise and alcohol consumption, in fact everything that they are warned about as being bad for their health.

Obesity seems to be the main concern, along with alcohol consumption these have long term effects on the body and could mean that in later life those who take this to excess could have health problems.
