One shot Flu job on the way

Scientists are working on what can only be described as a super drug that could protect everyone against all types of flu from the common variety that we tend to get during the winter to the serious and deadly bird flu.

A single injection of this anti viral drug will protect the patient for life against the virus and any new strains that would appear at a later date.

This is a magnificent breakthrough for this type illness, which in fact does kill thousands of people each year and causes disruption to work patterns too, which cost the economy millions of pounds each year.

This vaccine could be available within five years providing the research goes according to plan.
