New Year’s health resolutions
For a lot of people making a new years resolution would normally involve either dieting or giving up smoking, but as smokers are now in the minority these days, it would seem that getting fit and healthy would be the favourite one to be concentrating on this year and order to do this it is essential that the basics are put in place.

Post It On the Fridge! Adopt the Anti-Inflammatory Diet
Get Smart About Snacking
Get Serious About Breathing Exercises
Fitness: Consider a Personal Trainer
Take Time for Tea
Volunteer to Help Others
Obviously there are no easy ways to get fit, it takes a lot of determination and hard work, but it does not have to be all hard work, it can be fun and let’s face it the end results are well the hard work.
